Many building managers face the same challenge: a wealth of data is available, but it is often fragmented across various systems. PULSE CORE changes that: our platform acts as a central control room for one or more buildings.
It links all maintenance planning and history, data from meters and sensors, information about installations and buildings, and open-source data (such as the wheather forcast information) to one clear system. As a result, data does not remain a separate parameter, but becomes a powerful tool for assistance and control.
The platform is built from five components, also known as Building Blocks. Each component focuses on a specific aspect of building performance and can be implemented independently.
This allows organizations, depending on their objectives, to start small and expand step by step or opt directly for a full implementation.

Through smart metering and the deployment of PULSE CORE, the airport is gaining better insight into energy flows and the performance of climate control systems. As a result, significant energy savings have already been realized, and targeted steps are being taken towards a future-proof airport.
The Province of North Holland uses PULSE CORE for clear insight into management information, energy flows, and building data. Critical room conditions and installation performance are also monitored as part of the performance agreement. The platform currently monitors seven provincial buildings, thus forming the digital basis for effective management and maintenance.
