PULSE CORE platform

One central solution for smart building performance

Many building managers face the same challenge: there is a wealth of data available, but it is often fragmented across different systems. PULSE CORE changes this. Our platform functions as a central control room for one or multiple buildings.

It connects all maintenance planning and history, data from meters and sensors, information about installations and buildings, and open-source data (such as KNMI) into one clear, unified system. As a result, data no longer remains an isolated parameter but becomes a powerful tool for insight and control.

Grow flexibly with our Building Blocks

The platform is built from five components, also known as Building Blocks. Each component focuses on a specific aspect of building performance and can be implemented independently.

This allows organizations, depending on their objectives, to start small and expand step by step or opt directly for a full implementation.
